I am the Associate Director of the Statistical Consulting and Collaborative Research Unit, Department of Statistics and Actuarial Science at the University of Waterloo. I lead a team of PhD students to provide statistical advice to researchers. While the focus is to improve overall research quality, I strive to create learning opportunities for the students outside of their coursework and personal research by connecting them with potential collaborators and coaching them as they participate in interdisciplinary research.

Personally, I am a stationery addict. I own way too many pens, washi tapes and planners.
